Okpeyo Temile Foundation (OTF)
The Okpeyo Temile Foundation (OTF) is dedicated to facilitating grassroots development through the strategic implementation of grant and scholarship programs. Recognizing the need for modern operational efficiency, MogRex Limited was commissioned to develop a dedicated website. The mandate was to transform the foundation’s processes by creating a centralized digital hub that would streamline access to program information for all applicants. The overarching goal was to shift away from inefficient manual methods, making the application process for these vital programs far more accessible, organized, and manageable.
The Problem
The foundation faced significant operational challenges because the application process was entirely paper-based. This manual method resulted in substantial processing delays and created difficulties in accurately tracking applicants.
Our Solution
MogRex developed an intuitive OTF website featuring a seamless online application system. This digital platform provides user-friendly navigation, detailed program descriptions, and automated application management tools.
Results
The new website successfully attracted over 800 applicants for grants. The foundation now benefits from significantly enhanced visibility, streamlined application processing and enhanced, timely communication with all applicants.
